Volunteer Schedule for 2009-10 Mid-Maryland League Home Games
Instructions for PBA Game Day Volunteers:
 | Clean-up volunteers remove trash from the gym including the bleachers and place in the large trash can at the end of each game. |
| Concession prices are marked on a large poster board and Michelle Pearre or Heather Darragh, Concessions Coordinators, will be on hand to set-up and train new parent volunteers. |
| All parent volunteers are expected to fulfill their assigned slots. It is your responsibility to trade with another parent if you are unable to do so. Please alert Michelle Pearre and Heather Darragh via email if you do make a switch. |
| If you are working concessions/admissions, make sure you arrive as early to your post as possible (at least 5 minutes early). Arriving exactly "on time" may prevent another parent from watching their own player's game. |
| For those parents assigned to work who are watching their children play in the JV games please take over your assigned post directly after the completion of the JV game. |
